I have 30+ years of experience as a psychotherapist, working with a wide variety of clients and life issues. I've learned a lot in the process and draw on that experience, my training, and personal life discovery in all I do. I see psychotherapy as a joint effort between client and therapist. The quality of that relationship is very important. I want to help clients feel safe, understood, supported, and challenged. Personal isolation is a serious problem in our time. Many problems are just too hard to face alone.
