My ideal client is one who has a strong desire to make meaningful changes in their life. Courage and a desire to work hard are integral. If you're willing to to put in the time and effort, then I am too. I have solid experience treating depression and anxiety. I also have expertise in treating adult victims of child sexual abuse and exploitation. I stay very close to the methodology developed by Laura Davis. I perform couples counseling and although I am not a certified Imago Therapist I subscribe to that theory and use the exercises. I have helped many clients deal with the effects of trauma.
