Do you find sometimes, that you wake up thinking about something that is bothering you? Whether it happened, two days ago, or 20 years ago. Sometimes, our minds don't process the thoughts completely. And then we are left with difficult feelings and beliefs about the event. I can help you with identifying the belief(s), look at where it came from, and help you to process those thoughts so that you can think, feel, and believe differently about the experience. I have worked many years with people, who have experienced something difficult to something very traumatic. I find that CBT and EMDR, can help relieve the thoughts, feelings and thus behavior associated with an experience. I also specialize in relationships. I work with all kind of relationships, from family members, married couples, domestic partners, too business partners and friendships. I have trained with "The Gottman Institue" and "The Couples Institute", and "EMDR Couples" program's.
