We mainly provide psychological testing and psychological evaluations. These tests measure cognitive, personality, developmental and emotional areas of functioning. We also provide a range of specialized treatments for children, adolescents and families. We strongly believe in using evidence based therapies that are endorsed by the American Psychological Association.These therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Parent Training programs for Oppositional or Explosive Children and Executive Functioning Training for parents or adolescents. Please be aware we typically require parents to be involved in the sessions. Please let us know if your child has allergies or a fear of dogs. We specialize in psychological testing and parenting evaluations. Psychological tests are particularly important if you are concerned your child has ADHD, autism, learning disabilities or a cognitive delay. We also provide ADOS testing. In addition, we provide therapy for children and adolescents with a range of mood and behavioral symptoms. We strive to make children feel comfortable and at ease. For this reason, we are located in a personal residence rather than a traditional office. We have a large back yard, a child-friendly waiting area, an old black lab and fish! A traditional office appointment is available upon request.
