Therapy is the profound crossroads where science, art, and philosophy meet. In my practice of the counseling profession, I seek a balance that is informed by science and functions as a craft acquired through practice, patience, and passion. My aspiration as a therapist is to set the stage for individuals to learn how to access and effectively utilize the skills that they already possess. It is my fundamental belief that all people possess the capacity to make change in their own lives, and my passion lies in setting the stage and providing the tools for this change to take place. I have experience providing guidance counseling and testing administration in high school settings, and have provided individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents in hospital, residential, and community settings. Additionally, I have extensive case management experience with adults, children, and families.
