I am committed to creating a safe, caring and empowering experience for people struggling and in crisis with life stressors such as self-esteem and relationship issues. My services are rooted in self-determination and ownership of one's opportunities, motivation, capacity for change and my vast experience with a multicultural population. My areas of expertise include couples and individual therapy, anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence and substance abuse. I use a multi- disciplinary approach to treatment supporting analysis and self-exploration within a warm and empathic work style.
