While I work with clients using the traditional medical model of counseling, I also have experience working with clients from a natural and holistic health approach. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples & families work through their communication and relationship concerns. I have successfully helped a wide range of clients dealing with various issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief & loss, self-harming behaviors, self-esteem, guilt & shame, stress, anger management, ADHD, parenting, relationships & life transitions. My experience working in the school system has given me insight into IEP's (individualized education plans) or 504 Plans & I am a strong advocate for my clients.
