Sometimes modern life can be chaotic. As a mother, a wife, a professional, a friend, a daughter and an individual, I know firsthand how challenging it is to fit it all in. It can be a difficult process to achieve an optimal emotional and life balance. Sometimes we do not even know what that balance is, or even that we are missing something from our lives. What we are left with is a sense of dissatisfaction with ourselves and our lives, often combined with unmanageable negative emotions. teach mindfulness and utilize cognitive behavioral and solution-focused treatment models, and draw from other evidence-based methods. I specialize in: workplace stress; relationship issues; management of work-life balance. In our sessions we will discover and explore the barriers that keep you from gaining overall life contentment. I have been a practicing counselor for over 10 years. I am currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida, and I have held several international counseling certifications in Canada and the Caribbean.
