Relationship is key. In my experience, bonding with a client; working together in a safe therapeutic environment is the key to unlocking the answers to enjoy a healthier life. Personally and professionally it has always been my goal to meet people where they are in life and work toward moving to the place they WANT to be. It's often difficult to wade through the issues and complications life throws our way, and its helpful to have a therapist walk along with you to help navigate. I can be serious, lighthearted, sometimes gently confrontational when needed, the process is wonderful when you work toward anticipated change. I am hopeful, always hopeful there can be productive and positive progress. Be brave even when you feel you are not, seek help and the result will be amazing! I work with the CSAT community ( Certified sexual addiction and trauma) and the CMAT community ( Certified Multiple Addictions and Trauma) which helps me to understand the root of many issues we all face.
