Where do I go from here you might ask? You just had another blowout with your troublesome child or your family is in a spiraling crisis. You are in a volatile divorce/custody battle. Perhaps you don't recognize who you are anymore. You just received a shattering diagnosis and are paralyzed with fear or you don't know why you are anxious or sad. Did that last explosive outburst of anger cross a penalizing line? I can help. I can work with you to help keep you going, to overcome a baffling obstacle or see a new vista. I have training to deal with many mental health issues. I work with children, adolescents and adults. I have experience in dealing with behavioral issues, family conflicts, relationship problems, PTSD, court mandated issues, adverse childhood experiences, depression, anxiety, and anger management. I also have advanced post graduate training in conflict resolution. As a cancer survivor, I know what it is to hear the devastating diagnosis. I can help anyone dealing with a diagnosis and the terrifying fear of the unknown. I get it and when you are going through something as destructive to your entire life as cancer can be, you need someone who gets it.
