My clients are empowered to discover and use their strengths to transform their lives I utilize E.M.D.R., Cognitive-Behavioral, Systems, Reality, Art therapy and deep relaxation to reduce or eliminate problems associated with psychological Trauma, Abusive or Psychopathic Relationship Aftermath, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Stress Management, Anger Management, Relationship Issues, Chronic Pain, Panic Attacks, Flashbacks, Phobias, Addictions and Spiritual Problems.
