Life has many changes and transitions in it, and often it is helpful to have someone to help you navigate through them. I would like to be a part of your journey, helping you move as smoothly as possible through this time. I use a number of modalities in my practice, depending on what your needs are. I am client-centered at heart and believe that we have all the answers we need within us and my role is to help you uncover your inner wisdom. For those clients who are interested, I am also a shamanic practitioner, and have found that interweaving shamanic techniques into the session can help draw this out.
