I work with individuals, families and couples who need a little extra help with life's challenges. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working with clients with a variety of issues (depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship problems, child behaviors, couples issues, etc) for about 9 years. I have worked in a large agency setting, and am now in private practice in a warm, comfortable office setting. Feel free to contact us to set up an intake session. At times, we may have a personal issue, but it many times stems from past trauma or lack of communication, which can be dealt with in counseling. I work with my clients so they eventually can function on their own. I use a strengths-based approach to deal with life issues and will work on past trauma as needed to allow my clients to feel they can deal with what life throws at them effectively.
