I offer help connecting to and knowing your authentic self, finding ways to grow into greater wholeness within yourself and with others, and navigating the loneliness that can come from anxiety, depression, grief, trauma or life's changes and transitions. Through counseling, you can experience acceptance, welcome, and a safe place to explore, change, and grow. I love to journey with my clients toward greater healing and peace. I specialize in joining Christian theology and therapy together and my hope is to offer a safe and sacred space where you can experience the transforming love of God. I practice from a depth-oriented perspective that includes the use of projective and artistic exercises and dream work. Come as you are, where you are.
