You are not too scared, too lonely or too sad. There is hope for you. You are not too sick or too hurt. There is hope for you. You are not too broken or too damaged. There is hope for you. At times, life can be so painful that it is difficult to believe things will ever get better. During these times what we need, as much as anything, is someone to stand by our side, understand us, and remind us that we can, once more, be healthy and whole. This is the central component in my approach to therapy. Together, you and I will identify the circumstances, relationships, and experiences that are contributing to your problem. Then, we can work with one another to figure out the best road to wellness. As your therapist, I would be honored to join you on this journey. Specifically, I specialize in applying my approach to therapy with adolescents and adults on issues of relational difficulty, mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder), grief, anxiety, personal growth, and spirituality.
