I believe the search for the right counselor is important and deeply personal. I have a strong value in the therapeutic relationship, and respect the courage it takes to reach out for help. I strive to create a genuine and authentic environment in which we will work together to address any and all issues you may bring to the room. My clients view me as open, engaged, caring, and genuine. My approach integrates a client centered and interpersonal approach. My specialty is my ability to connect with others and create a safe and open environment that allows change. I strive to meet people where they are and together move toward healing and growth. I have a special interest in grief and loss, interpersonal relationship issues, and trauma. I believe the counseling process to be a collaborative approach between the client and the therapist. Together we will embark on a journey that at times will be challenging as we move toward understanding and creating change.
