I believe in meeting the client where he/she is at and working at a pace that is most comfortable to you. I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also a Health and Nutrtition Coach and Life Coach, trained by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. We will work together to make you a happier and healthier "you".
