As well as dealing with relationship issues, and depression, I do a great deal of work with anxiety, including general anxiety, panic disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. I teach many different ways to handle anxiety, including hypnosis, EMDR, relaxation techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have produced the CD Sleep Solutions which is quite helpful with sleep problems. I welcome any inquiries concerning my practice. I have been in private practice over twenty years, and do a great deal of work in to help people relieve their anxiety and stress. I have received certification in EMDR, as well as advanced training in hypnotherapy and relaxation training.
