Seeking help is an important and personal decision. As a dual licensed marriage and family therapist and mental health counselor, I offer a style of counseling that is both gentle and challenging to individuals, couples and families. My approach in the therapeutic process is one that supports and guides you to gain greater understanding of yourself and your relationships as you work to resolve the issues you choose to address such as: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relational issues and disruptions in life. In therapy we set goals explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors and work together toward your desired outcomes. In my practice I will focus on meeting your specific goals by drawing on theoretical frameworks that address your concerns and provide you with tools to help you. My clinical experiences include work in substance addiction and co-occurring disorders and with private practice clients.
