I provide counseling services to individuals and families in a relaxed and caring atmosphere. I use an eclectic approach to assist individuals, children, and families with life changes, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenges. I believe that everyone deserves compassion, validation and respect. Seeking counseling is one the bravest things we can do for ourselves, however, it can be the most rewarding as well. I have a passion for what I do that comes through in the services I provide. I am a generalist, meaning I work with most life and mental health issues. I have a passion for working with life challenges, adjustments, and symptom reduction for those dealing with the effects of anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Person-centered, CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational, Adult Sand Tray, Art assisted therapy, and EMDR. My practice is located in a shared space with Charly Read Counseling. We are both Clinical Social Workers and are striving to provide therapy that is empathetic and understanding.
