I work with clients of all ages and from all walks of life. As a licensed professional counselor, I take a strengths based approach to counseling. I will meet you where you are in life and walk with you--helping you to maximize your current strengths to move through adversity and challenging life situations. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); a modality that has been extensively researched and has been shown to be successful in working on PTSD as well as other trauma related issues. Additionally, I am trained in play therapy techniques for clients of all ages.
