I offer counseling services for adolescents, adults and families. As a therapist, my work is founded on trust, empathy and humor, with a strong belief that the therapeutic relationship itself plays an important role in the healing process. I want to get to know you as a person first and foremost, and believe that having a good understanding of who you are will help me better understand how I can help. Over the years I have found immense enjoyment working with the LGBT community and their families, but also focus on anxiety, parenting issues, personality disorders, stress and helping people to find meaning and purpose in their lives in general.
