It takes a lot of courage for individuals to seek support and I am dedicated to helping those who are wanting to do something different. I have worked in the addiction feild for the past 15 years with all different age groups. In treatment I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors associated with addiction. I also explore individuals warning signs, triggers and help to develop effective coping skills to help manage their smptoms of addiction. I also support individuals in building strong support networks that will encourage and guide them during this process. Most would describe me as straightforward, yet supportive, with a good sense of humor. I will never tell you what you want to hear, but I will always support you around what you need to hear.
