We accept clients that are interested in making personal changes in their behavior that will benefit their quality of life. We believe that people are able to make changes that are necessary to meet their goals. We believe that people do not have to be experiencing difficulties to want to improve their quality of life. We want to help increase clients' skill levels even when they are functioning at acceptable levels. We believe people can be good at what they do and still want to make things better. Shame, guilt and a lack of letting go are like molasses that keep people from achieving improvement in their quality of life by slowing them down and gumming them up. Regardless of peoples' previous actions, we believe that going forward is the most important process and we help clients with that process.
