I believe there are many sources of suffering. I do not label, but offer an accepting, compassionate approach with realistic feedback guided by your needs and values. We can find ways to help you 'accept the things you cannot change, change the things you can' and refine your ability to know the difference. I believe there is no need to continue to live in suffering and every potential to live a meaningful life with joy. I use a number of approaches with mindfulness, acceptance and self-compassion as a foundation for helping. We will look at what's going on right now and what you are looking for and work together in a short or long term process that you co-direct. I have long experience offering therapy and training helpers. I am interested in the whole person-- how your age and generation, race/ culture, gender, sexual orientation, life experience, spirituality and health are affecting you.
