I have worked with a variety of clients in different settings with ranging issues. I find the uniqueness of each client a pleasant experience. I believe in the quote I use as a tagline "Life is change. Growth is optional. Choose wisely." It brings up the circumstance as a fact, but also the power to create change in how we look at it and grow from our experiences. My goal is to guide clients who are looking to make positive changes in their lives, need empathy, and guidance, to aid them get to a safe and secure place. I have experiences in assessing and treating various mental health issues. I have been trained in various theoretical approaches which allows me to create a treatment best suited for each client. I consider emotional, physical, and mental health to help clients create life lasting changes. One step at a time. I have a welcoming, comfortable, and safe therapy space helping clients feel at ease. My practice is a non-judgmental place for people to address their concerns, difficulties, and goals. I use mind and body approaches to create a wholeness in treating various mental health issues.
