To me, being a therapist is about helping you to achieve your maximum potential in mental health and happiness. Do you feel like you need someone with whom to talk, whether to help you sort out some confusing issues, or to empathize with you? I feel honored to be able to do this work and help you achieve self-actualization, whatever that looks like ideally for you. There is help. There is a way to feel better. I feel called to especially help those dealing with depression, life transitions, women's issues, sexuality issues, and young adults. I want to help you figure out who you are, not who anyone thinks you should be. I bring a unique energy into the room, simply by accepting you, as you are, with no judgment. You and I are humans, equals, as flawed and as perfect as anyone else.
