Caring for yourself and your relationships is the most important task you will ever have. Paying attention to and nourishing your emotional well being is as important as caring for your physical health. Often I encounter individuals, couples and families struggling with the excessive demands of life in the 21st century. Depression, anxiety and addictions are common in our society. Conflicts and difficulty in communication with those closest to us can often lead to feelings of isolation and despair. Through my Atlanta-based psychotherapy practice, I offer help with communication skills, decision making, and emotional healing.
