If you could change something in your life, what would it be? Building a bridge between where you are now and where you want to be will be the focus of our meetings. Gaining insight into your thinking, behavior and emotional patterns will help you understand how you see the world. By understanding your world view, you can decided what is working and what is not working for you. You will keep what is working and find ways to change what is not. Making a change is not as hard as you think. I have helped children, adolescents, adults and couples for over 15 years make positive changes in their lives. We will focus on putting you back in control of your life and finding pleasure in being who you are. You will receive a response from me within 24 hours of your request Monday-Friday.
