As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over eighteen years, I provide short and long-term counseling and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, university students, adults, couples, and groups. My work in many settings with diverse populations in the field of Behavioral and Mental Health for seven years prior to licensure has also been invaluable to my training. My graduate training is in Clinical Social Work from New York University and my undergraduate degree is in human development and social relations from Earlham College. I also hold national accreditation through the Academy for Certified Social Workers. In addition to my general practice, I specialize in couples, women's issues, parenting, reproduction and infertility, grief and loss, adoption, and donor planning. I volunteer for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association and I am bilingual and offer all of my services in Spanish. Prior to launching my practice, I worked with diverse populations, staff groups, and students in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health clinics, residential & detention facilities, and career planning and professional development programs. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, yoga, and spending quality time with friends and family.
