I believe each one of us carries within ourselves everything we need for healing and fulfillment. We just need to uncover and release what is blocking us. There is no greater joy for me than helping my clients connect more deeply with that part of themselves. I provide a safe and accepting space for individuals and couples to explore their woundedness, and to discover and rebuild their wholeness. I bring a playful, lighthearted humor to my work which allows for greater acceptance of the human condition we all share. I have been a counselor for the past 25 years. Using a mindfulness approach, I have experience with addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, sexuality/ orientation, military lifestyle, and... just feeling lost. I see both individuals and couples, but couples work is my passion! I am a certified Imago Relationship Therapist. I have flexible hours which can include Saturdays (7:00am to 12:00pm) as well as early morning (7:00 am) weekdays.
