I believe in every problem there is possibility for growth and healing. Life's challenges can sometimes make us lose touch with ourselves, our loved one, our purpose - and we lose our way. The resources we need to heal our emotional wounds are within each of us, but it often takes an experienced person to walk along and be a supportive guide. I also have a Master's Degree in Pastoral Theology and if anyone wishes to include spirituality in their session, I am very willing to incorporate it. My vision for each person that comes into my office is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you and/or a loved one will find the freedom and strength to make positive changes in your life, irregardless of your age or status of life. I do a Volunteer Grief Support Group At San Marco Catholic Church that is open to anyone that has lost a loved one. This group is free and meets at 1:00 p.m. every Friday in the Church office.
