I do both phone counseling as well as face to face counseling, psychotherapy, and coaching. These are my areas of expertise. Anxiety, panic attacks, adults who have had mild to severe abuse of any kind, PTSD, high stresors, OCD, those who are overwhelmed, depression, marriage and couple counseling, grief counseling, goal setting, work stressors/ problem solving, Career counseling and personal coaching, relationship problems individual counseling,cognitive-behavior therapy for children, Aspergers Disorder, ADHD,and divorce issues both with adults and their children. I work well with behavior disorders in children age 4 and above, Asperger's Disorder, ADHD and anxiety disorders in children. I work with adults with depression, couples with relationship problems, adults who need to get their lives back on track or are overwhelmed with high stressors & need emotional support. I am a cognitive based therapist so in therapy, we work together in an interactive environment to increase your awareness of coping skills and tools you can utilize in the real world to reduce anxiety and anger and depression by changing thought patterns,feelings and behaviors from negative to positive.
