I specialize in treating impaired professionals, Physicians, Nurses, Attorneys, Business men/women who are recovering from various addictions (alcohol, drugs, sex, money, work, love & relationships), PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and Codependence. I aid my clients in reconnecting with themselves, grieving and healing their past, teaching coping skills to live in the present and gain hope for creating the future of their choice. I have over 20 years of clinical experience, 3 of which were spent working at The Meadows in Wickenburg, AZ learning Pia Mellody's Model of Post Induction Therapy which specializes in treating childhood trauma, addictions and depression. In addition to learning Pia's model I spent part of my time at The Meadows as The Assistant Clinical Director of Sexual Disorder Services under the direction of Patrick J. Carnes, Ph.D. I am a Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist and Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist Candidate (3) through IITAP. Lastly, I am Certified as a Grief Recovery Specialist through The Grief Recovery Institute and am level 2 trained in EMDR.
