I have the skills, talents and sensitivities to work well with people who are 18 and older. I love working with elders too! I have many years of experience in treating individuals with eating issues, body image dissatisfaction,anxiety, depression, PTSD, personal unhappiness or relationship difficulties. If you have a teen younger than 18 with an eating disorder I work best teaching parents the skills to help their kids recover from their eating disorder. Mindfulness is the foundation of my work because it is proven to help people reduce their stress and to let go of harmful habitual patterns so they can make healthier life choices. It also improves the quality of our relationships and brings more joy and happiness to our lives! I love my work and am always enthused by the uniqueness of each individual I meet. It is an honor to help people when they need it most in their lives. Helping people find their way to new experiences of feeling better about themselves and their lives is what I do!
