I provide a safe and comfortable environment to work through painful issues in your past or present so you can get on with living your life! I enjoy helping people learn to live in the present, set positive goals, and make healthy personal choices. Asking for help is something we teach our kids, but often we are reluctant to apply this lesson to ourselves as adults. Don't let fear or embarrassment stand in the way of your happiness. Therapy is an investment in yourself, your life, and your relationships. I enjoy helping couples find ways to revive their relationships, and individuals find ways to recover from divorce, depression, grief, abuse and more. And for those who are interested, I teach individuals and groups how to use art and creative writing techniques in their healing journey.
