I have been a Licensed Psychologist for approximately 4 years after earning my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in 2009. My internship training and postdoctoral residency primarily focused on the evaluation and treatment of sexual abuse victims and perpetrators, which is my current area of interest in addition to conducting comprehensive psychological and psychosexual evaluations. I am currently a professional member of the American Psychological Association (APA), Florida Psychological Association (FPA), Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA), and the Florida Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (FATSA). My area of expertise resides in the area of trauma and sexual specific treatment for juveniles and their families in addition to comprehensive psychological and psychosexual assessments. I recently completed an Adult Forensic Examiner Training, which qualifies me to conduct forensic competency evaluations for individuals 18+ years old. Throughout my training and professional endeavors, I have been afforded the opportunity to participate in Multidisciplinary Assessment Team meetings with BSO and other community agencies, focusing on providing treatment recommendations for suspected human trafficking victims as well as alleged victims and aggressors of child-on-child sexual abuse.
