My ultimate goal in therapy is to help you to develop the skills to grow and overcome in your specific personal battle, whether it be mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, experiences of abuse, marriage and family issues, premarital counseling, grief, or bereavement. Counseling with care means to treat those who are emotionally hurt with the utmost respect as they share personal information about their lives and relationships. I have been counseling with care in the greater West Palm Beach area for several years. My private practice is centrally located on Northlake Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens. I received an MS in Counseling Psychology at PBA University, in both Mental Health, and Family and Marriage. For me it's key to establish a mutual rapport that's built on trust and understanding, in order to assess your specific needs and develop the most effective personalized treatment plan. I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), for working with those who have suffered trauma, or sexual abuse. Also, I'm certified in Prepare and Enrich (for marital or pre-marital counseling), and I've been trained to help clients through the healing of memories technique.
