I am a therapist who believes in the innate goodness of all people and that each person is valuable and has worth. I have over 27 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children and families in service, teaching, guidance and ministry. I am humbled to walk with my clients who are experiencing conflict or confusion in their lives that lead to depression or anxiety. I offer a person centered approach to counseling that honors the whole person with no judgment and genuine positive regard.
