I enjoy helping my clients discover more productive and healthier ways of dealing with issues in their lives. I believe I help them increase their self-awareness and find a more authentic center, which creates confidence for them in making better choices. My approach is client-centered, and I utilized a variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies. My clients struggle with issues of depression, anxiety, relationship problems, parenting problems, and addiction. I also provide assessment services for children, teens and adults with a wide range of difficulties, including ADHD, Personality Disorders, Autism Spectrum, Learning Disorders and other problems.
