The life pressures we feel can manifest as anxiety, anger or sadness that blocks our view and holds us back from the life fulfillment that we know can be ours. Therapy is not a mystery: it is logical, structured and often, life-changing. The goal of therapy is to bring awareness to patterns of self-defeating behavior, and emerge with a plan; steps that can heal relationships and bring control to your life. My therapeutic approach is short-term, practical and compassionate. Depression, anxiety and anger in children and adults often stem from a feeling of not having control of one's life, or a loss of meaning or purpose. Together, we work on problem solving. We focus on the solution to relationship and child issues. All conversation is confidential.
