My job is to guide you to your inner strengths and resources that are already there. The work we do together is always focused on creating more success for you. I believe in affirming and empowering you to create your desired success. An important part of my job is to teach you skills, techniques and strategies so that you may continue to evolve, grow and be successful even when our work together is done. The best client is the one who really wants that change so much that the only option is success. Together, we can create that. I use hypnosis to achieve a state of relaxation for my clients that is deep enough for them to open their minds and begin reprogramming beliefs and old thought patterns that no longer serve them. The suggestions I give a client are always affirming, empowering and effective. Change happens instantaneously. New insights can propel us to the next level and allow us to break old habits quickly. Change does not have to be a difficult, long process. Once new insight is gained, new thought processes and habits can be formed through reinforcement of the new information.
