I work in partnership with my clients to enhance their quality of life by exploring and understanding their conditioned and pattern of behaviors, thoughts and emotions that keep them from creating a life they enjoy. I am mostly helpful working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship and intimacy, divorce, bereavement, stress, work related issues, direction in life, life transitions, adjustment, acculturation, domestic violence, trauma and recovery from a difficult childhood including substance abuse. I have the ability to create a safe and supportive atmosphere through compassion and unconditional positive regard. I use Imago therapy approach for couples to restore and deepen their relationships.
