I currently have weekend and evening appointments available. I provide a non-judgmental environment for individuals who may be feeling depressed, worried, anxious, dejected, overwhelmed, angry, tired, ashamed, self-critical or defeated. We will examine what's bothering you, whether relationship difficulties, family and social issues, self-sabotage, low self-esteem or self-confidence, anger, anxiety, or depression, as well as your personal history and experiences. I will work with you to identify thoughts, emotions, or internal struggles that may be keeping you "stuck" or blocked from doing as well as you would like. Clients who come to me receive feedback on their concerns, assistance in sorting out their emotions, thoughts, and reactions to life events, and are offered new ways of coping with and overcoming personal obstacles.
