When we commit to 'doing life differently', we allow a healing transformation to occur in our life. I acknowledge you in taking the first step. I work with the entire family; children, teenagers and adults. My intention as your therapist is to assist you or your child to gain new insights and resolve problems by getting into action, leading to the practice of new behaviors. Thus, doing life differently! My approach is a client-centered, non judgemental therapy using creative, expressive therapies; Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Psychodrama, Expressive art with children, teenagers, and adults. I utilize a specialized Play Therapy room for younger clients age 3 - 11 years old. I consider it a privilege to facilitate healing from challenging issues and to support my clients in accessing insights and strengths guiding them from where they are to where they might like to be in different areas of their lives. Parenting consultations available. I speak fluent Spanish.
