I provide a supportive, caring place for individuals and families to make positive changes in their relationships, personal health, life transitions, and issues with trauma. Whether you are struggling with lack of motivation, anxiety, stress, frustration, grief, substance abuse issues, or difficulty managing your teen, I offer strategies for real change. My specialty includes years of experience working with teens, college students, and parents. I also have expertise in treating individuals who have experienced trauma, struggle with substance abuse, and need to skills to prevent relapse. I offer EMDR which is a type of psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of adverse life events. I also do evaluations for appropriate levels of care in addiction treatment.
