I completed my Master of Arts in Student Personnel Services Counseling tract at Northwestern State University of Louisiana in spring 2008 as well as my Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a minor in Speech in spring 2005. In March 2011 I earned my Licensure. I've worked for the past ten years in the mental health/counseling field with experienced work in a therapeutic girl's residential facility, mental health rehabilitation agency, alternative school for juvenile offenders, and a college counseling program as a Direct Child Care Attendant, Counselor, Assessor, and Clinical Director. I've always had a passion to help others. For years I didn't know how I'd do that until I survived a personal crisis. At that moment, I experienced the benefit of counseling. Specializing in individual & family counseling, behavior modification intervention planning, crisis intervention, and provisional LPC supervision. Many of us lack love, support, guidance; have no sense of peace or reasoning, and so much more. There's more to life to anyone that wants it. Everyone has the ability to SOAR...everyone! Some of us just need a little more help in doing so!
