Therapy has been a source of strength throughout my life and I am now passionate about partnering with others to enact lasting change and growth. As a teenager I sought guidance from a school counselor to make sense of my parents' divorce. More recently, my husband and I consulted a therapist to cope with the aftershock of a family move. As a former software executive and a happily married mother of three children, I am able to quickly and easily connect with people of diverse backgrounds. I am endlessly fascinated by individuals' "life stories". Our unique experiences shape who we are today and who we may become. Universally, our past consists of both delightful and painful events. These experiences can create opposing "parts" or sub-personalities within us that at times are destructive and self-sabotaging. As your therapist, I will assist in deconstructing life stories and in helping to heal broken parts so that you can begin living the life you expect and deserve. (available evenings and weekends)
