Human behavior is complex. You search to solve your relational or mental health concerns and problems in one way or another. Some steps taken work better than others. My work is designed around a study of the issues on your mind that concern you or others you care about and discovering better more balanced ways of addressing those issues. I use a family systems orientation in my work. Systems thinking helps develop more objectivity which in turn can help you navigate a path with more options and flexibility. I work with individuals, couples, parents and their children. I am a good coach, teacher and student of human behavior. I never tire of listening to other people tell me about what brings them to therapy, what works and what doesn't work for them in addressing their trials and triumphs.
