My clinical experience includes both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have worked with individuals with a wide variety of diagnoses, from depression and anxiety to schizophrenia and bipolar disorders. I particularly enjoy working with individuals suffering from issues surrounding eating disorders, substance abuse, and life transitions. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, both individually and as a couple or family unit. My ultimate goal is to create a safe, therapeutic environment for my clients, and help evoke positive change in each of their lives. I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, and strive to help my clients achieve a more balanced mental and emotional state of being. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) who is also certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors as an NCC (National Certified Counselor) and the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification as a CRC (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor).
